Keep Teak boards upright beside P01 panels in this composite fence gate. Eight composite boards and two decorative panels are required for the pair. Because the patterned infill is a separate component, the board pack quantity alone does not describe a complete gate order.
This double fence gate includes a crossbeam for its junction with a 7 ft fence. One LINE beam is fitted above the two nominally 6 ft-high leaves. The overall nominal gate width is 7 ft, while the actual post spacing and opening remain engineering dimensions. Two steel posts use the specified 86-inch above-ground height and 28-inch embedment. Review vertical composite fence layouts when coordinating the upright boards at the adjoining boundary.

Limited warranty periods (residential / commercial use):
- Structural defects in Teak boards and covered metal gate parts: up to 25 / 10 years.
- Covered Teak board color changes: up to 25 / 10 years.
- Coastal metal coating defects: up to 5 / 3 years.
- Non-coastal metal coating defects: up to 15 / 10 years.
- Covered metal finish fading, all locations: up to 8 / 5 years.
For metal coating coverage, use the nearest shoreline of an ocean, sea or saltwater bay. Salt or brackish tidal estuaries also count. Measure in a straight line from the installed part. A distance of 10 miles or less is coastal; farther away is non-coastal.
Qualifying defects under normal use must meet the written terms, including color and coating claim conditions. Metal coverage applies only to covered parts and eligible factory finishes. The combination lock and outdoor handle set are outside the periods listed above. Contact Modern Yard for the applicable separate warranty terms.
Normal airborne coastal salt and salt spray alone do not exclude qualifying coating claims. The metal warranty excludes direct saltwater immersion or splash damage.
Remaining coverage transfers with property ownership. Products must stay at the original site. Keep records of the products and original purchase date. Transfer or replacement does not restart coverage.
For approved claims, Modern Yard refunds or replaces defective boards or parts. The original net purchase price determines the amount. The amount drops over time under the warranty schedule.
Metal coating compensation is 100% in the term’s first half, 50% in the second. Other claims follow separate schedules.
We do not pay for labor, installation, removal, reinstallation, freight or shipping. This changes if required by law or if Modern Yard expressly agrees in writing.
Email service@mymodernyard.com with purchase records, photos, product details and the issue. Expect a decision or next steps within 7–14 business days. Contact Modern Yard for full warranty terms.

Frequently asked questions
Are eight boards required on each side?
Eight is the total across both leaves. The decorative panel count is also for the complete double gate: two P01 panels.
Can the gate be described as a solid vertical privacy panel?
Describe the specified composite-and-P01 layout. The decorative pattern is part of the infill, so it should not be presented as an uninterrupted board-only screen.
What is the difference between one beam and half a pack?
One is the installed beam count. Half a LINE pack is the stock allocation because a sales pack contains two raw slats; procurement still follows complete-pack ordering.
