Ten Teak boards fill this Modern Yard™ horizontal semi privacy composite fence. One-inch spacers separate the board rows within a single top and bottom rail pair. Wood-grain faces alternate with open gaps across the nominal 6 × 6 ft section. Private Black posts and rails border the horizontal pattern.

Teak composite infill brings natural wood fibers and recycled plastic into each board. Its WPC material resists decay and moisture. The wood-grain board faces need no routine painting, staining or sealing.

Use water and mild soap with a soft cloth or brush for surface cleaning. Galvanized steel posts and aluminum rails form the separate metal frame; its care instructions still apply.

Buy board packs, 1-inch spacers and framing for this ten-board semi privacy fence. The joined Teak version at this nominal size has twelve boards, so select that configuration for closed infill.

Limited warranty periods (residential / commercial use):

Structural defects in Teak boards and covered metal fence parts: up to 25 / 10 years.
Covered Teak board color changes: up to 25 / 10 years.
Coastal metal coating defects: up to 5 / 3 years.
Non-coastal metal coating defects: up to 15 / 10 years.
Covered metal finish fading, all locations: up to 8 / 5 years.

For metal coating coverage, use the nearest shoreline of an ocean, sea or saltwater bay. Salt or brackish tidal estuaries also count. Measure in a straight line from the installed part. A distance of 10 miles or less is coastal; farther away is non-coastal.

Qualifying defects under normal use must meet the written terms, including color and coating claim conditions. Metal coverage applies only to covered parts and eligible factory finishes.

Normal airborne coastal salt and salt spray alone do not exclude qualifying coating claims. The metal warranty excludes direct saltwater immersion or splash damage.

Remaining coverage transfers with property ownership. Products must stay at the original site. Keep records of the products and original purchase date. Transfer or replacement does not restart coverage.

For approved claims, Modern Yard refunds or replaces defective boards or parts. The original net purchase price determines the amount. The amount drops over time under the warranty schedule.

Metal coating compensation is 100% in the term’s first half, 50% in the second. Other claims follow separate schedules.

We do not pay for labor, installation, removal, reinstallation, freight or shipping. This changes if required by law or if Modern Yard expressly agrees in writing.
